Charlie Latter Estate Photography is a sole trader providing property photography, video and aerial work for estate agents and private sellers across Surrey, Kent and Sussex.

Privacy
If you enquire by email or phone, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, contact details and the property involved. We use them only to reply to you, quote for and carry out the work, and keep the records the law requires. We never sell them or share them for marketing.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Terms: use of images
Copyright in all photographs, video and aerial imagery remains with Charlie Latter Estate Photography. Once an invoice has been paid in full, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images to market the specific property they show.
The licence does not cover use for other properties, resale or sub-licensing to third parties, or use outside the marketing of that property. If you would like to use images in another way, please get in touch and we will agree it with you in writing.
We may use the images in our own portfolio, website and self-promotion, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
